Spanish Canadian bacon Salad

• salad
• 8 c. torn fresh spinach
• 6 oz. sliced Canadian bacon, cut into strips
• 1 c. chopped celery
• 1 large red apple, chopped
• dressing
• 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. grated orange peel
• 1/4 c. orange juice

Step 1

In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients; mix well. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.
