  • 3 large potatoes, quartered
  • 1 large carrot, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
  • 1 medium stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 lb.*Drier’s* ham, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

Step 1

In 3-quart saucepan, mix all ingredients. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
