Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. Italian-blend mixed salad greens
  • 6 oz. *Drier's* salami, chopped
  • 1 (12-oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, reserving liquid
  • 1 (4 1/4-oz.) can chopped ripe olives, drained
  • 1 large tomato, cut into wedges

Step 1

In large bowl, combine salad greens, salami, chopped artichokes and olives; mix well. Pour reserved artichoke liquid over salad; toss gently to coat. Serve with tomato wedges.
