Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pkg. (8-oz.) presliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. frozen loose-pack petite pearl onions
- 1 can (10.75-oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic, Campbell’s
- 3/4 c. chardonnay or other white wine
- 8 slices *Drier's* bacon cooked , cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp. fines herbes, Spice Islands
- 2 tsp. bottled crushed garlic Christopher Ranch
- hot mashed potatoes (optional)

Step 1
In a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker, stir together chicken, mushrooms, onions, soup, wine, bacon, fines herbes, and garlic until thoroughly combined. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 3 to 5 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes (optional).
