Ingredients
- 1 med. heat red cabbage, shredded
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 medium apples, peeled & thinly slices
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, saute" cabbage & onion in oil for 5-8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add apples, vinegar, salt, & pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover 7 simmer for 25 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Serves 8
