Ingredients
- 2/3 C. dark rum
- 1/3 C. orange juice
- 1 ts. orange zest
- 3 TB. worceshire sauce
- 1 inch. grated ginger
- 2 TB. brown sugar
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 TB. chopped cilantro
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken breast or thighs
- 1 orange sliced for garnish

Step 1
Wisk Rum, o.j., zest, worcestire sauce, ginger, brown sugar, garlick and cilantro together in a bowl. Add chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill chicken.
