Ingredients
- 2 C cooked, cubed chicken breasts
- 1 C diced celery
- 1 T. minced onion
- 1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
- 1 C. thin egg noodles
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/3 C mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 C sliced almonds
- 2 C slightly crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 C melted diet butter or try butter buds

Step 1
Cook and drain egg noodles. Mix chicken, celery, onion, soup, noods, cheese, water chestnuts, mayonnaise and salt and peppr in a bowl. Turn into an unbuttered casserole dish or 9x9" glass baking dish. Top with sliced almonds and crushed corn flakes. Drizzle with melted butter and bake COVERED for 50 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until topping is crisp and brown. This will knock your socks off!!!
