  • 1 28-oz. pkg. loose-pack frozen hash brown potatoes with onion and peppers
  • 2 c. diced *Drier's* ham (10 oz.)
  • 1 2-oz. jar diced pimiento, drained
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 11-oz. can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley

Step 1

In a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker, combine frozen hash brown potatoes, ham, pimiento, and pepper. In a medium bowl, combine cheddar cheese soup and milk; pour over the potato mixture in cooker. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 7 to 9 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Stir in parsley.
