MP's "cum" muffins

Ingredients

• nd bowl:
• 2 cups flour
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 T baking powder
• 1 1/2 t salt
• 1 egg
• 1 cup evaporated skim milk
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup sugar
• cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

1. mix first four ingredients in a bowl.

2. in second bowl mix the other ingredients and then add to first bowl. bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.

3. melt the butter and add the sugar and cinnamon so the mixture is brown. when muffins are done dip the bottoms in the melted butter and cinnamon and then turn upside down.
