Ingredients
- 5 lb *Drier's* boneless ham(5 lb.)
- 1/3 c. apple juice
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard or *Drier's* mustard
- 24 sandwich buns, split
- small lettuce leaves
- American cheese slices
- additional mustard, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
In 4-to 6 quart slow cooker, place ham and apple juice. In small bowl, mix brown sugar, honey and mustard. Spread mixture over ham. Cover cook on low heat setting 6 to 8 hours. At serving time, place buns in serving basket, place lettuce leaves in serving bowl, arrange cheese slices on plate or tray, and set mustard with spreader. Cut ham into small slices; arrange on serving platter. Let guests assemble sandwiches.
