Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. frozen shredded potatoes, ore-ida
- 1/2 lb. diced ham, drier
- 1 c. frozen chopped onion, ore-ida
- 1 pkg.(8-oz.) crumbled sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cans (10.75 oz. each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, campbell’s
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, digiomo

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 2 1/2- to 3-quart casserole dish, layer half of the potatoes, half of the ham, half of the onion, and half of the cheese. Spread 1 can of soup evenly over layers. Repeat layers once more. Top with remaining can of soup. Pour cream over layers, tipping the casserole back and forth to allow cream to soak in. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until heated through.
