Ingredients
- 4 hearty beef franks, driers
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon,
- 1 white onion, sliced in rings
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, bertolli hot dog buns toasted
- sauerkraut, claussen
- nacho sliced jalapenos, emboso (sliced pickled jalapenos)
- sweet relish,
- condiments (such as yellow mustard and ketchup)

Preparation
Step 1
Set up grill for direct cooking over medium heat oil grate when ready co start cooking. Wrap each frank in a slice of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks; set aside. Toss onion slices with olive oil. Place bacon-wrapped franks and onion slices on hot, oiled grill. Cook 16 to 20 minutes, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Turn onions every time you cum franks. Remove franks and onions from grill. Remove toothpicks from franks. Serve franks hot on toasted buns with grilled onions, sauerkraut, jalapenos, sweet relish, and condiments.
