Ingredients
- 2 cans chick peas
- 1 1/2 potato
- pine nuts (roasted)
- 7 onions sliced very thin
- 1 cup tahini
- dry mint
- cumin
- cinnamon
- s&P

Preparation
Step 1
Boil onions for 1 hour, drain well and squeeze dry. Add 1 cup tahini/mint/cumin/cinnamon/pine nuts S&P. (This is the stuffing)
Boil potatoes and add to chick peas. (put into food processer and chop well).
Divide everything into 4 servings.
Lay saran wrap onto table put the potato/chick pea mixture onto it, cover with another piece of saran wrap using a dowel flatten out evenly.
Remove saran wrap and put into middle stuffing. Using the saran wrap slowly fold over into a square and refrig. Continue in this manner till all is done.
