Ingredients
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 4 T. cocoa
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. crisco
- 2 c. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 t. baking soda
- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 4 T. cocoa
- 6 T. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 box powdered sugar
- Pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cocoa, margarine, crisco & water. Bring to a boil.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into greased & floured cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
Make icing 5 minutes before the cake is done... spread while hot)
For the frosting:
Combine cocoa, milk, margarine. Bring to a boil. Stir in sugar & vanilla.
Spread on cake & sprinkle with pecans.
