Ingredients
- Pot Pie:
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 1-2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 carrots, peeled and cubed
- 3 ribs of celery, cubed
- 1 cup leftover cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 Tablespoons roue (1 T butter/1 T flour, melted together)
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- Spoon-On Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
Pot Pie:
Combine all of the ingredients in a pan and stir over heat. Put into a 1-quart baking dish.

Combine all ingredients and spoon over filling ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
