  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1-2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 carrots, peeled and cubed
  • 3 ribs of celery, cubed
  • 1 cup leftover cooked chicken, cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons roue (1 T butter/1 T flour, melted together)
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • Spoon-On Crust:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step 1

Pot Pie:
Combine all of the ingredients in a pan and stir over heat. Put into a 1-quart baking dish.
