  • Crust: 1 c. soda cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. butter melted
  • Sauté: 3-4 c. coarse chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. New York white cheddar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • salt & pepper

Step 1

Put crumbs in 10 inch pie plate pour butter over, mix and press into plate with fork set aside Saute: 3-4 cups coarse chopped onion in 3 tablespoon butter until tender but not brown grate 2 cups New York white cheddar mix 4 eggs 3/4 cup milk salt and pepper. Mix cheese and egg mixture into onions, spoon into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes or until set. Let cool 15 minutes of for serve
