Ingredients
- Meat Sauce
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (1.25-oz.) pkg. Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
- 1 (15.5-oz.) can pinto beans, drained
- 1 (15-oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper, if desired
- Salad
- 6 c. shredded lettuce
- 2 c. corn chips
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
- 6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) Longhorn cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. Old El Paso thick 'n chunky salsa sour cream, if desired

Step 1
In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Spray 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Combine beef mixture and all remaining meat sauce ingredients in sprayed slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours. To serve, place lettuce and corn chips on individual plates. Top each with meat sauce, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, salsa and sour cream.
