Ingredients
- 2-3 lb. pork roast
- 2 med. carrots, finely chopped
- 1 med. onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 T. flour
- 1 t. each salt & pepper
- 1/4 c. half & half
- 2-3 T. dijon mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat & place in cooker.
Mix remaining ingredients, except half & half and mustard, and pour over pork.
Cover & cook 7-9 hrs on low. Remove pork.
Stir in half & half and dijon mustard. Heat till thickened.
