Bailey’s Ham and Cheese Omelet

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1/8 c. milk
• 1/4 c.*Drier's* ham, chopped
• small amount butter
• 1 c. N.Y. cheddar cheese

Step 1

3 eggs and 1/8 cup milk mix together. Sauté 1/4 cup Drier's ham chopped with small amount butter add egg mixture and 1 cup N.Y. cheddar cheese fold over until cheese melts. Green peppers,mushrooms, and onion can be added to this basic omlet to taste.
