M&M's Merry Snow Meringues

• 1 cup sugar
• 4 egg whites
• 3 feet parchment paper
• 1 package (16 ounce) M&M's Milk Chocolate Candies for the Holidays

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 250 F.

Combine sugar and egg whites.

Using an electric mixer, fitted with a whip attachment, beat until stiff peaks form.

Spoon mounds of the mixture onto two cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle M&M's Milk Chocolate Candies onto the mounds.

Bake at 250 F for about 1 hour. Test by turning over and tapping the bottoms. They should be hard and sound hollow.
