Ingredients
- 8 oz finely shredded sharp cheddar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 tbsp water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine cheese and butter in food processor; pulse till well blended. Add four, sugar, salt and cayenne; pulse several times until well mixed.
2. Add water and pulse till it forms a dough. Knead dough until smooth. Form into a ball and divide in half.
3. Shape each half into an 8" log. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours.
4. Remove from frig; slice into 1/4" circles (or the size of cracker you would like to have) and place on greased baking sheet. Prick top of crackers with a fork. Bake 12-14 mins until golden brown at 375F.
