Ingredients

  • 1 box devil’s food cake mix
  • 1 bag Kraft caramels
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. broken pecans
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • Chocolate Fudge Frosting - can works for me...

Preparation

Step 1


Mix devil’s food cake mix as directed. Pour half of batter into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan and bake 12 minutes. Mix Kraft caramels, butter and evaporated milk; heat, melting caramels. Pour over cake. Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips over cake. Pour rest of cake mix over this and bake about 20 minutes. Frost with Chocolate Fudge Frosting.
