Paradise Cake

Ingredients

• 1 can 11 1/2 oz Mandarin Oranges (with juice)
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 C Veg oil
• 1 Pkg yellow pudding cake mix
• 20 oz crushed pineapple (with juice)
• 3 oz Pkg Vanilla Pudding (dry)
• 8 oz Cool Whip (NOT "Extra Creamy")

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 9x13 cake pan. Combine oranges, eggs and oil - beat well

Stir in cake mix and beat

Pout into pan and bake 30 min at 350

Cool cake in pan 10 minutes (remove and put on platter or plate if you want)

Mix Pineapple, pudding, and cool whip. Spread on cool cake and refrigerate until ready to serve (especially if you live in Phoenix!)
