Ingredients
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 8-1 " thick slices firm French bread
- 1/4 tsp orange peel
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
1. Coat a large baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Heat oven to 450F.
2. In shallow bowl, combine egg, egg white, milk, vanilla, and 1/8 tsp cinnamon. Soak slices of bread 1 min per side. Place on baking sheet. Bake 6 mins or until light brown, turn over, bake 6 mins or until golden brown.
3. In saucepan, stir together orange peel, orange juice, honey, cornstarch, and remaining cinnamon. Cook, stirring until thickened. Cook 2 more mins. Serve orange glaze drizzled over french toast.
