Ingredients

  • Coffee Cake:

  • 3

    cup flour

  • 1

    tsp. baking powder

  • 1

    tsp. baking soda

  • 1

    tsp. vanilla

  • 1/2

    cup butter

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1/2

    pint sour cream

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • Filling (mix and set aside):

  • 2

    large cream cheese

  • 1

    egg

  • 1/2

    cup sugar

  • 3/4

    tsp. salt

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Cream sugar, butter and eggs. Add vanilla and dry ingredients alternatively with sour cream. Pour 1/2 batter into greased and floured 13x9 pan. Pour in filling, then remainder of cake batter. (it will be very think to spread so use a spatula dropped in hot water). Sprinkle with streusel topping. Topping: 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 3 T butter While warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
