  • 3 Packages YELLOW CORN BREAD MIX
  • MILK
  • 1 1/2 - 2 Pounds Browned HAMBURGER
  • 1 Can MILD ORTEGA GREEN CHILES
  • 2 Cans CREAMED CORN
  • 8 Slices of AMERICAN CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Mix CORN BREAD according to package directions.
Add 1/4 to 1/2 additional MILD to thin slightly.
Pour thin layer of CORN BREAD Mixture over bottom of 9 X 13 inch pan.
Mix HAMBURGER and CHILES and layer over CORN BREAD Mixture.
Next layer with CREAMED CORN.
Cover mixture with slices of AMERICAN CHEESE.
Pour in remaining CORN BREAD Mixture to cover.
Cook for approximately 1 hours.
