Rasberry Torte

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Filling:
  • 3 cup raspberries
  • 1 small pkg. raspberry jello
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crust together and pat into 8x8 pan
Mix filling- 3 cup raspberries, sprinkled with rasp. jello.
Mix topping: flour, butter, sugar together like pie crust, sprinkle on top of berries.
Bake @ 350 for 40-50 minutes
