Ingredients

  • 1/3 c melted butter/margarine
  • 1 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 c finely grated nuts
  • 1 c chopped dates
  • 1 sm jar red maraschino cherries
  • 1 sm jar green maraschino cherries
  • 1 c chocolate chips
  • 1 c white raisins
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter and graham cracker crumbs; add condensed milk and rest of ingredients, stirring until well blended (mixture will be very thick and should be done by hand.)

Spoon mixture into small mini cupcake pans which are either lined with mini cupcake papers or which you have sprayed with Pam or other cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes; let stand 10 minutes and remove from pan then let them cool completely on wire racks.
