Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Hot Dogs
  • Cubed Potatoes (enough to fill 9x13 dish)
  • 2 pkgs White Gravy mix
  • 2 cups of milk (to make the gravy)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small pkg frozen peas
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cube potatoes and fill up a 9x13" baking dish. Cut up hot dogs into 1/2" pieces and put over potatoes.

2. Make the Gravy mix according to directions, When thick add the cream of celery soup. Let cool about 10 mins.

3. When cooled pour over potatoes and hot dogs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then pour on frozen peas. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour until potatoes are tender.
