Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups (rolled) barley flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups (rolled) wheat flakes
  • 1 cup dark seedless raisins
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped dried apple
  • 1/2 cup unprocessed oat bran
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds or hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Store the muesli in an airtight container. This muesli is best after a short soak in milk.
