Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups (rolled) barley flakes
- 1 1/2 cups (rolled) wheat flakes
- 1 cup dark seedless raisins
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped dried apple
- 1/2 cup unprocessed oat bran
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds or hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp light brown sugar

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Store the muesli in an airtight container. This muesli is best after a short soak in milk.
