Ingredients
- 2 tbs. butter or margarine
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce, medium
- 2 cups diced chicken, cooked
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 4 oz. can diced green chiles, drained
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 6 flour tortillas, large size
- Salsa and shredded cheese, cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter/margarine in skillet. Add onion, garlic and saute on med. heat for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Stir in 1/2 cup of cheese and melt. Add chicken, sour cream, chiles and red pepper. Mix well. Spoon mixture on tortillas. Roll and place seam side down in a 13X9" baking dish that has some salsa on the bottom. Combine 1/2 cup salsa and remaining nacho cheese. Pour over tortillas. Add shredded cheddar, if you want more cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes or until heated.
