Three Cheese Croissants

- 8 small croissants or 4 large croissants, split into top and bottom halves
- 2 cups grated swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated american cheese
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350F. spray 9 x 13 inch baking dish with Pam. Pleace croissant bottom cut side up in greased dish. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese evenly over croissants. Follow with parmesan and american cheeses.
In medium bowl beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour egg mixture over croissant bottoms. Replace tops and sprinkly with remaining swiss cheeses evenly over them.
Bake 45 minutes until eggs are set and croissants are golden brown.
