Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup mayo
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Basil Pesto
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Two or three shakes of Hot pepper sauce
- Few grinds of freshly ground Black Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk together oil and mayo. Add buttermilk, cheese, basil pesto, salt, garlic, hot pepper sauce (to your taste) and a few grinds of freshly ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly to blend well.
2. Cover and let sit overnight in refrigerator to allow flavors to meld. Store extra in the refrigerator. Will keep for about 10-14 days in sealed container.
