- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cream of tarter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 T sugar

Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar and eggs thoroughly. Blend in flour, baking soda, salt and cream of tarter. Shape into balls and roll in mixture of cinnamon and 2 T sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
