Ingredients
- Turkey or Chicken
- Carrots
- Onions
- Celery
- Peas
- Corn
- Onions
- Potatoes
- Broth
- Canola Oil (or Butter)
- Sage
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Puff Pastry Sheets

Preparation
Step 1
1. Chop carrots, celery, and onions into small cubes; toss into large pan with canola oil and begin cooking
2. Chop onions into larger cubes and mix into vegetables
3. Add broth or a rue (with butter and flour)
4. Add cooked chicken and/or turkey
5. Add spices to taste (salt, pepper, sage, garlic, etc)
6. At end (once all items have cooked and it almost a slushy substance with some liquid) add corn and peas
7. Roll out puff pastry and transfer sheets (twice as big as pan) to a well greased pan
8. Scoop filling into puff pastry and fold over pastry edges
9. Paint eggwash on top and place into oven at 400 degrees for 40 min (or until browned)
