Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 5 cups mixed baby salad greens
- 1 medium navel orange, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix vinegar, orange juice, salt and pepper together. Add oil and whisk until blended. Slice cheese and toss into dressing. Put greens in a bowl. Add dressing and cheese and gently toss together. Arrange orange slices over top and sprinkle with almonds.
