Ingredients
- 3 lb Ground Chuck
- 3 Lg Onions ( Chopped )
- 3 Garlic Toes ( Mashed )
- 1-2 Tbls A1 Sauce
- 2 Tbls Ground Cumin
- 2 Shakes Hot Sauce
- 2 Tbls Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Lg Cans Tomato Sauce
- 1 Lg Can Tomatoes in Juice (Diced or cut in quarters )
- 1 Can Green Chilies
- 2 Cans Kidney Beans drained.

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef, garlic & onions. Add spices & mix together. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes & chilies. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer at least 1 1/2 hours. The longer you simmer it the better it will taste.
