Cherry Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour - if using self rising - omit baking soda and salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup canned red tart chrries plue enough liquid to fill cup
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tbs butter

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 9x9x baking dish .
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Serve warm with caramel topping.
