Ingredients
- 3 or more qts of boiling water
- 1 or 2 (12 oz) cans of beef broth or V8 juice
- 3 or 4 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- celery
- Onion (Chop veggies in food processor)
- Meatballs: 1 lb gr. chuck
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 egg
- Bread crumbs
- Ketchup
- Some water

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer a couple of hours. Add 1/2-1 c. of minute rice and a handful or two of broken up noodles. Can also add 1 bay leaf & some beef bouillon in the beginning if you wish.
Also can add a half bag of mixed vegetables when you add rice.
Make small meatballs. Place on a jelly roll pan in 350 degree oven for 30 min. to get rid of some excess grease & put them in soup for last hour or so.
