Ingredients
- For crepes
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 water
- For filling
- Cups blueberries
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Dash of cinnamon and vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Make crepes. Fold in small amount of blueberries on bottom half of crepe. Fold up bottom then fold insides and roll, finish like a spring roll or eggroll. Fry in a large pan with butter. Serve with sour cream or powdered sugar.
