Ingredients
- 4 cans black-eyed peas
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 large onion, diced
- 10 green onions, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 Tblsp butter
- 1 Tblsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 20 little smokies,cut in pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together in a large crock pot.
Cook on high for 6 hrs, or until the peas are good & tender
Note:
You can replace the smokies with ham hock/bacon or sausage of your choice
