Chocolate Icing / Mom Eagan's
- Butter 1 TBSP
- Unsweetened Chocolate 1 ounce
- Milk or Water 1 1/2 TBSP
- Confectioners sugar about 1 Cup, sifted
Melt over hot water 1 TBSP butter and 1 Square unsweetened chocolate 1 Ounce. Blend in 1/2 TBSP water or milk. Stir and beat in about 1 C sifted confectioners sugar (until icing will spread easily)
Mix in Confectioners sugar and milk in small amounts alternately.
