STRAWBERRY DELIGHT

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 graham crackers, crushed
• 1/2 c sugar
• 2/3 c melted margarine
• 2 small boxes frozen strawberries
• 2 (3 oz.) pkg strawberry jello
• 2 c boiling water
• 12 . oz cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 (9oz. carton whipped topping
• 1/2 c chopped walnuts
• 2 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crackers crumbs, sigar and melted margarine together. Press into large baking dish to form a crust. Mix gelatin and hot watter. Add strawberries. Set aside to congeal slightly. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, whipped topping, and walnuts. Pour onto crumb crust in baking dish. Pour strawberry mixture over cream cheese later. Regrigerate.
