Ingredients
- 4 thick-cut pork chops
- 2 t. Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 c. water
- 2 t. sugar
- 1 t. paprika
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 c. rice

Preparation
Step 1
Brush pork chops with Kitchen Bouquet and brown in oil.
Combine tomato paste, 2 c. water, sugar, salt & pepper, paprika, onion & green pepper.
Pour over pork.
Cover & cook slowly 45 minutes. Pour uncooked rice around meat in pan & mix with sauce. Cover & cook 25 minutes more.
