Ingredients

1 Oreo cookie crust
1 bag chocolate chips
1 3/4 c. heavy cream
6 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chips. Mix cream, vanilla and eggs. Add 1/3 chocolate to egg mixture (mix gently) After blended add to remaining chocolate mixture. Mix until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool on rack.

Buttercream Frosting:
2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
Blend ingredients for frosting adding cocoa for a dark chocolate flavor. Drizzle over top and chill overnight. Serve chilled
