Ingredients

  • 2

    eggs

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4

    cup shredded cheese

  • 2

    tbsp. cooked ham

  • 1

    tsp green onion

Directions

Spray skillet with cooking spray. Whisk together eggs, salt and pepper in a small bowl until well blended and foamy. pour into skillet. Cook about 30 seconds. Lift edge of egg and pull toward the center while tilting the pan to allow uncooked egg to cover pan. Repeat as needed until just set, about 2 minutes more. place cheese, ham and green onions over half the omelet. Gently fold omelet in half to cover filling. Cook for 30 seconds. Carefully slide onto a plate. Serve.
