Ingredients

    cans (12oz ea.) Pillsbury Grands jr. Golden Layers butter tastin biscuits. (other grand jrs. work as well)

  • 60

    Hormel pepperoni slices or Hormel pepperoni minis

  • 5

    Colby-Monterey jack cheese sticks. cut each into 4 pieces

  • 1

    egg, beaten

  • 2

    tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2

    tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1

    can pizza sauce (small)

Directions

Heat oven to 375, Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Separate 1 can dough into 10 biscuits and keep second can refrigerated. Press each biscuit into 3 in. round. Place 3 pepperoni slices or 6 minis and 1 piece of cheese on each dough round. Wrap dough around filling, pinching edges to seal and form ball. Repeat with remaining can of dough, pepperoni and cheese. Leaving a 4 in hole in center, arrange ball around hole in center. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake 18 to 20 mins. watching closely. When rounds are finished, microwave pizza sauce. Slide carefully from cookie sheet to serving plater and place pizza sauce in center. Garnish with fresh oregano. Serve Warm
