Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cups butter at room temp
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egg
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups (12 oz) chocolate chips
- 1 cup pecans
- can add 2 cups quick oats

Step 1
preheat oven
lightly coat cookie sheet with no stick
siff together flour, baking soda, and salt in large bowl
beat together butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy
beat in eggs and vanilla until blended
stir in flour mixture, add chips and nuts
drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet
bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown
cool for 2 minutes, then move to wire rack
