Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 6 beef bouillion cubes
  • 3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. soya sauce
  • 2 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 4 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • parsley flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Form ground beef into small balls. Fry. Combine remaining ingredients in 4 qt. pan. Simmer for 30 mins. Add meatballs to sauce. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Reheat before serving. 20 servings.
